The Allen Chapel AME Church at 580 George W. Engram Blvd. in Daytona Beach, pictured in 2023, will once again host the annual Daytona Beach Housing Fair on Saturday, April 26, 2025, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Put on by Mid-Florida Housing Partnership and the City of Daytona Beach, the free event inside the church's fellowship hall is open to the public and will offer information and counseling for first-time homebuyers as well as homeowners seeking to avoid foreclosure.
